Covenant Keepers / Covenant Keepers Senior

Covenant Keepers (CK) and Covenant Keepers Senior (CKS) are two youth groups comprised of and existing for the young people from Covenant Evangelical Reformed Church (CERC). The former group, CK, is for the younger youths, aged thirteen to sixteen; and the latter, CKS, is for older youths aged seventeen and above.

While the two groups exist as individual groups, they participate together in many activities.

The activities of the groups—namely, Saturday activities, mid-year retreats for both groups, and one year-end camp—are organized and coordinated by a single committee.

Group Theme Verse

1 Timothy 4:12

Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

Through the proper and active study of the Scriptures and our creeds, we seek to fulfill a three-fold purpose, namely:

1. To express the distinctive Reformed faith, as written in the Scriptures, and as expressed in the Three Forms of Unity.

2. To strengthen the unity in Christ amongst the young people of the church.

3. To assist the young people as they grow in the knowledge of Christ to be godly, Reformed men and women, integrated into the organic life of the church.
